Our CRAGGER 8.0 is now a classic in the RADON line-up. While it was initially labelled as an exotic bike with its high-quality equipment and unusual hardtail suspension travel, it is now well established and a favourite of both RADON customers and product managers.

Highlights of the Cragger 8.0

The CRAGGER aluminium frame is light, comes with a special yoke for more tyre clearance and can be ridden with 29″ tyres as in the series as well as with 27.5″ tyres. For comfort and power in technical terrain, the DVO Sapphire D1 suspension fork with its 130mm travel and numerous adjustment options allows you to let off steam to get the perfect performance for you. SRAM’s GX Eagle groupset with their enormous range will get you up even the steepest climbs and provide the right gear for the descent at all times. This is also where the CRAGGER comes into its own: the e*thirteen cockpit with short stem and wide handlebar makes you the leader in every situation, the variable post from the same manufacturer can be operated from the handlebar with the super-ergonomic lever and gives you freedom of movement when the trail gets steep and technical. The powerful Magura MT5 with its four pistons at the front and rear keeps you in control at all times. Also important are the sublime tyres from Maxxis, the well-known combination of DHF at the front and DHR at the rear offers massive grip and also rolls well. The tyres rotate on the robust and stiff Performance 30 wheelset from Newmen, which is just as convincing in fast acceleration as it is in steering stability at high speeds. The CRAGGER 8.0 is ready for action!
